Ethereal - Whiskey Me Away Chocolate Bar

Cocoa nibs soaked for 2 weeks in whiskey. Then drained (what little is left), dried in the oven and then ground into delicious chocolate liquor. Then tempered and topped with a dash of crunch whiskey infused nibs. Mwah!

Whiskey Dark Chocolate (Whiskey Infused Cocoa Beans, Cane Sugar*, Cocoa Butter*), Cocoa Nibs.
