Rebel Cheese - Brie

Perfect spread on a baguette with some fruit and greens, served on a cheese board with accompaniments, or enjoyed by itself with crackers and a glass of wine.  This is cave-aged for two weeks in Rebel Cheese's cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese.
